Philip Don Estridge was born on June 23rd 1937 and died on Aug. 2, 1985. Philip attended the university of Florida in 1955 and got his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He was the lead engineer on the first mini computer. He also made the first personal computer with IBM and then became the vice president of IBM. The thing that I found most interesting was that he turned down a contract from apple to be the president of apple.
